Refund and Returns Policy

At Blissartbc, every artwork is carefully created and handled. Due to the unique nature of original art, our return policy is outlined below.

All original artwork sales are generally final.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

•The wrong item was sent, or

•The artwork arrives damaged during delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

1.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2.Email blissartbc@gmail.com

3.Include photos of the artwork and packaging

We will offer:

•Replacement (if available), or

•Refund, or

•Store credit

We do not accept returns for:

•Sold-out original artworks

•Digital products

•Downloadable content

•Items damaged after delivery

•Sale or discounted items

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
